Technology,Chongqing Metrological Measurement of Machine Industry, Chongqing Material Analyzing Center, Chongqing Prototype Technology Research center, etc. to shape a separate parts integrated value added system (SPIVAS) which consist of 4 main manufacture bases and 2 centers,including general mould & plastic product plant, precision mould plant, precision product plant, electric appliance plant, design center and test center. Software&Equipment
In order to assure quality and delivery time of mould&product, Richland Mould Corp. adopts scientific quality management system and achieves the certificate of ISO9001, 6’s, etc. With advanced design software, our moulds are made mainly by way of numerical control machining. Richland Mould Corp. has more than 80 equipments. We possess the most advanced techniques, not only in processing software of CAD/CAM/CAE system, American SGI 02 Picture Workshop, PRO/E, UG, Cimatron and AutoCAD of computer design and manufacture, but also in analysis of mold flow plastic flowing, Dynaform modeling, RefCAD lamping, ASAP lighting. Further more, Richland Mould Corp. has more than 30 numerical control machines, 2 American Brown&Sh Three coordinate measuring machines. Richland Mould Corp. also cooperates with world-renowned machining centers such as Swiss Mikron high-speed milling, Mitsubishi CNC multi-function machining center, America Fadal CNC machining center , Taiwan CNC machining center, Arch electric spark molding and Sodic low (high) speed wire cutting machine, etc. For we have more than 40 injection molding machines with locking mould power 60ton ----2400ton, we can make both mould and mass production of molded parts for customers. 
Meanwhile,we have production packing lines that could help our customer to finish screen print,painting, package, etc. Otherwise, our corp. closely cooperates with high-tech universities and specialized department to promote revolutionary creation. R&D
After several years' exploring and accumulation and following development of market discipline, 
ODM service and R&D product are defined as the main direction to move forward, in order to become a Technology Enterprise. Since 2005 year, based on the hard working of all staff, a professional high quality design group has been shaped. A large number of experienced, high skilled engineers and designers have been integrated into Richland Mould Corp. Meanwhile, we cooperate with many scientific research institutions. In 2007, over 20 types R&D products were successfully designed to US and Europe customers. Besides, we have finished mould making, mass production, package, delivery and all the related services. Our new R&D product has won the market and got good comment from customer. As the R&D product is the focus of our work, our aim is to provide the high level mould and plastic product to our customer, simultaneously, satisfying the DIY or special requests to our customer.
Direction of development
According to the focus of development and layout of our company, Richland Mould Corp. has to plan our future to inspire our staff to achieve the goals. The prospect of Richland Mould Corp. is divided into two steps:
First step: Transformating business direction. Changing the business component from processing on giving materials/drawing dominantly, ODM and R&D product assistantly, to ODM product and R&D product dominantly, processing on giving materials/drawing assistantly. e.g. product of processing on giving materials or drawing product will be 40% of whole business, R&D will be 30% of whole business and the rest 30% will be ODM product.
Second step: Optimizing business structure. Richland Mould Corp. focuses on creating R&D product brand to achieve R&D and ODM product dominantly, processing on giving materials/drawing services assistantly. The concept will be changed from “made in China” to “created in China”to shape a modern high-tech enterprise. e.g. R&D product will be 40% of whole business. ODM product will be 40% of whole business.
